The Importance of forgiving
Anger happens to everyone. Of course, when people get mad, they are more likely to stay in their little world where hate, anger, and sin linger. Just like when God forgives people’s sin even though they don’t deserve it, it allows them to forgive others. Forgiving is extremely important, not just because the way people think, the way you think, but how God thinks also. Therefore, it is important to forgive others because it shows their personality which can be important to others. Plus, it is also important because God’s command tells us as believers to forgive others as well as he forgive us.
Personality matters to everyone like trustworthiness, attitude and even how to respond to a little five year old boy when he ask to play games on the phone. For example, Andy wants to make an apple pie for dinner dessert. After he was done stirring the ingredients he left to go to the restroom. Little brother Daniel was wanting to help but Andy said no, so Daniel totally messed the pie up by putting in wrong ingredients, adding soap (because he thought it was whipcream) and spilling it on to the counter. After Andy came out from the restroom he saw a big mess and he knew it was Daniel, but he decides to clean up and forgive his little brother who doesn’t know what he is doing. In this way, Andy forgave Daniel because their relationship matter more than a silly pill or tampering with a pie. In addition, Mike was playing tennis with Seth and Seth hit the ball too hard that it went up, over, then rolled all the way down the street and smashed by cars, trucks, and vans. But however, Mike forgave Seth even though it was his only ball that got smashed by cars. Because of this, Seth was surprised by his generosity and his graciousness. This ability to forgive is what people look up to. Therefore, it is important to forgive others because reconciliation matters to others.
The Bible tells us the word of God and the word of God is the truth of all. Therefore, we forgive others because of him “ Jesus” who died for our sins and forgive the ones who believes in him. For example, Nike once took Joe to youth group and Joe learned forgiveness that night of how God forgives us because of our sins, how we should deal with anger and why everyone needs to forgive others. Because of this he started to forgive others. And also God commanded believers to forgive and if we don’t then God will not forgive them. In addition, Nikki’s mother told Nikki that she is going to wake her up for a competition at six. But when it was six her mother didn’t even wake herself up, so Nikki got up at nine o’clock and missed the bus for it. Nikki got mad at her mother, but she still forgave her mother because she loves her mother and she believes the Bible, the truth. Because Nikki was a Christian she obeyed God’s command which is really important. Thus, it is very important to forgive others because God has forgiven us.
Therefore, life is short and hate needs to be solved because God’s gift of eternal life is more important than a cell phone, a friend or even family.
